Refund & Cancellation Policy

Almost every product at Vinayak Graphics is custom-made and printed specially for you, so please check your design, spelling, sizes and quantities carefully before confirming an order.

Cancellation: You may cancel an order for a full refund of any advance paid if printing/production has not started. Once printing has started, a custom order cannot be cancelled, because it cannot be sold to anyone else.

Refunds and reprints: If your product reaches you damaged, or with a printing mistake that is different from the design you approved, share a clear photo on WhatsApp (+91 70891 41202) within 3 days of delivery. After verification we will reprint the item or refund the amount for the affected pieces. Minor colour differences between a screen display and print are normal in printing and are not treated as defects.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
